Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must include all original accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable customs fees.
- Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance to guarantee safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@neonbasket.com Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your package. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If a prepaid return label is not provided, customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping themselves.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union and you are purchasing as a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 30 days), we will notify you if the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that while we process refunds within 10 business days, banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the transaction. This may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exclusions:
Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Important Notice
· Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted or refunded. If an unauthorized return is sent, we reserve the right to refuse the package or return it to the sender at their expense.
· Customers are responsible for packaging items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
· We do not accept liability for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
